TRAINING TAILORED TO YOUR NEEDS
Many organisations struggle to get risk management to work effectively. Typical examples of this are frontline employees complaining they are "fire fighting" issues, as well as boards and leadership teams saying competitors are always "two steps ahead of us". This occurs when people don't understand how to or why they should manage their risks.

All trainees leave with the new skills and knowledge to apply to their role, and replicate it within their colleagues. All Satarla trainers are accredited and highly-experienced risk practitioners. We deliver our training across a range of formats (listed below), tailoring it to your needs, and in languages that include English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Chinese and Afrikaans, amongst other languages.

We work with you to design and deliver a bespoke training courses tailored to your needs. Specifically designed to make use of your own approach to risk management, inclusive of terminology, tools and case studies, we deliver this face-to-face at your office, site or premise. Satarla will provide you with a trainer with relevant industry experience choosing from our network of 90 risk management experts based across the world.
Using the same process as the face to face option, virtual training creates bespoke training courses tailored to your needs, with the added advantage of being more cost-effective because our trainers deliver it remotely. Virtual sessions have two risk management trainers; a lead tutor and subject matter expert, and a facilitator and trained host. Both experts in online learning techniques, our trainers make virtual training interactive and engaging, encouraging you to ask questions.
HOW WE DELIVER TRAINING
Due to the continuing COVID-19 pandemic, we are unable to offer face to face training,
but we continue to offer virtual, e-learning and public courses.
We work with you to create a series of fun, interactive training modules on the topics of your choosing. E-learning reaches a large audience in a cost-effective way. Trainees access e-learning on-demand, in line with their own schedules. E-learning is a product you get to keep as use with your employees when you choose.
