Risk management often focuses on the completion of a risk register (often a spreadsheet) and positioning of risks in a red-amber green grid. These rituals do little to truly manage risk. In this session we will explore some simple tools that enable teams to move beyond the assessment and into the management of risks in a practical manner. These allow teams to take proactive control rather than be governed by their risks.
