Sarah travelled back to her alma mater (University of Glasgow) to deliver a plenary talk to the Society of Geosciences Applied Biennial Meeting.
While she is convinced the success of her comments can be attributed to the bottle of single malt Aberlour whisky she gave away to a kind volunteer half way through the talk.... (no that is not bribery!), it was great to be back in Glasgow talking rocks!
