Tankiso has extensive financial experience in both the private & public sectors.  He was Chief Economist responsible for analysis, compilation and dissemination of both South African government financial statistics and the private sector financial statistics.  More recently he has been working in the mining sector focusing on Enterprise Risk Management including internal audit, risk management (identification, evaluation and reporting of enterprise, portfolio, strategic & operational risks), Business Continuity Management, insurance, macroeconomic & mining market analysis.
