Mark Boult

Mark is a highly experienced risk management consultant with over 36 years experience. He has supported clients with their risk management and assurance activities from board level to their front line operations.

Mark had worked with a wide range of organisations globally in a broad cross section of industries’ including; oil and gas, petrochemicals and chemicals, government agencies, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, healthcare, maritime, rail, aviation, utilities, the entertainments industry and charities.

He has supported in the:

• Development and implementation of risk management policies, strategies, management systems, standards and procedures.

• Identification, analysis and evaluation of risk and in the development of risk treatment strategies.

• Communicating and reporting risk.

• Assurance over the risk management frameworks, processes and treatments.

• In rolling out risk management methodologies and approaches

Additionally, Mark is a member of the UK Standards committees for Risk Management and Governance inputting to the ISO31000 and ISO37000 families of international standards.
