John Boyle

John, a Chartered Mechanical Engineer has spent his entire career involved in delivering major capital investment projects around the world. He has worked in many industrial sectors including glassmaking, nuclear decommissioning, metals, mining and infrastructure. John has extensive experience in a variety of roles as a project manager, project controls manager and for the last 10 years has specialised as a project risk manager/consultant.

With over 25 years of project experience, John enables clients to make project investment decisions ranging from the smaller sustaining capital projects through to multi-billion dollar investments. John has honed his skills in the use of qualitative and quantitative techniques (Monte Carlo or linear regression modelling) to aid investment decisions and manage the day-to-day uncertainties thus protecting the objectives of a project.
