James "Jim" Watt

Jim is a well seasoned underground mining engineer with many years of international operating and planning experience in Africa, Latin America, Canada, the USA, the Caribbean, and, Europe.  For the last 20 years he has lived in Comox, on Vancouver Island and worked as a consultant doing operational and safety audits, mine improvement studies, mentoring, and, interim management roles.  He is a team builder with a knack for getting staff and workers on board concerning safety.  Jim speaks fluent English and Spanish.
