Ernest has more than 25 years’ experience in senior governance, risk and assurance roles across mining, government and Not For Profit Sectors. This includes line leadership roles in finance, corporate social investment, risk management and internal audit. He has also provided support to a cross-section of strategic clients working for KPMG, Deloitte and Ernst and Young.

Ernest has combined this experience to form Perth based On Demand Risk Assurance Advisory focused on supporting organisations with practical and workable solutions in strengthening performance. Applying out of the box thinking, his key strengths are in integrating risk, assurance and governance processes and models.
