Christopher Reeves

Christopher has over 20 years work with the energy, mining and natural resources sector, working with operators, projects, investors and governments.

His experience covers large corporate advisory work and transformation through to front line project delivery and ESG risk management. He was formerly the Director for Global Natural Resources at PwC working with many of the sectors largest operators and investors as well as key private funds, traders and institutions, supporting major transactions, portfolio management and functional change through to sustainability strategy and governance. 

He was also a Board Executive for Digby Wells, a technical environmental engineering business (formerly part of Randgold), responsible for International business, strategy and growth, working with operators, projects, investors and governments to secure and manage licences and funding, from feasibility to rehabilitation. 

His work has been enabling management and investors to deliver the practical work that supports the growing ESG agenda, linking civil society expectations and operator capabilities with some practical, front-line expertise.


Christopher is a member of a number of expert panels at Chatham House including energy, mining and metals as well as a Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society.
