Norman Gridley

Norman is an experienced environmental and sustainability professional. His career spans over 34 years, with his first 20 years as an environmental and engineering consultant on projects in Canada, the US, the Caribbean, and South America, then, working directly in the mining industry in Chile and Perú, with widely varied roles encompassing leadership in planning, studies, design, permitting, construction oversight, commissioning, operations, and closure. 

Over the past 15 years he has been based in Santiago Chile. He is an experienced team builder and strategic advisor, having been responsible for both professional teams and operational groups. He has excellent organizational and communication skills, and is fluent in Spanish and English. He is an Associate with Satarla, and has also founded his own sustainability consulting company in Chile, NCG Asociados.
